Greetings. I’m Shaghayegh Ghambari. I’m a skin specialist and micro-pigmentation expert. I want to talk to you about different types of rash and ways to remove them at home.

What we usually call rash is called acne by specialists. Acne covers a vast family of rash. A rash is usually chronic and inflammatory. They are usually not serious diseases but can affect your beauty. The skin has small pores where skin sebum or oil is discharged. These pores are sometimes close by bacteria and hence it becomes infectious and the infections appear as acne.

Acne can appear in different forms. Like blackheads, whiteheads, and even cyst acne. Whiteheads and blackheads are usually not infected or inflammatory. It’s more like the skin pores are clogged by some form of pollution. Those who are affected by hormonal acne might have experienced deep and painful cysts on their skin. These types of acne can grow under the skin and can cause scars.

Different factors affect acne formation. Such as genetics, food regiment, hormones, and lifestyle. In women and teenagers, acne formation is usually caused by hormones. Another factor that can cause acne is Androgen. androgen is a type of hormone that increases in the human body during puberty years. This hormone changes to Estrogen in women. When Androgen increases, sebum cells get bigger and therefore secrete more sebum.

External factors can also have an effect. Like using low grade and quality makeup material, living in polluted areas, and unhealthy food regiments such as fast foods or fatty foods or anything with too much sugar.

There are two types of treatment: drug treatments and home remedies. Today we want to talk about home remedies. The truth is there are many natural and cheap ways you can use to treat your acne. One of them is lemon juice. Cut a lemon in half and rub it on your face. Alternatively, you can just use the juice itself. Wait for twenty minutes before washing your skin. If you want better results, add some salt to it as well and put the mixture of lemon juice and salt on your skin. Salicylic acid can remove layers of skin and is a great natural skin scrub. It can also remove skin oil and clean pores and could be a great natural remedy for facial acne.

Aloe Vera can also be very effective. You can use the leaf or the gel. It can be effective since it has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. You should only apply it to the area affected by the acne. Because of its soothing effect, Aloe Vera is also often used to pacify sunburn.

Apple vinegar can also help since its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. It can also balance your skin’s PH levels, Remove oil, and dry acne. Green tea can be an effective remedy since it has many anti-oxidants. You can make ice cubes with green tea and then put them on the area affected by acne.

The truth is there are many home remedies you can use to treat your acne at home, but I would recommend talking to your dermatologist about the condition if it was heightened.

I hope these tips have been useful to you. Have a great time and goodbye.
