How To: Homemade Facemask For Mixed Skin Types

In this short video from Rojelab.net, we will teach you how to make your own skin mask using turmeric, green tea, and chickpea flour.

Instructions:

Greetings. I am Dorsa from Rojelab.net and today I want to teach you how to make your own facemask for mixed and oily skin types.

For our mask, we need green tea, turmeric, and chickpea flour. I used a teabag to make my green tea, but I would recommend that you buy natural green tea from the market and use a brewer to make your tea first. Turmeric can nourish and reinforce the skin and act as a natural skin scrub. It is anti-bacterial and can remove pollutants and germs. It can reduce aging effects and wrinkles and protect you from dangerous sun rays. It can help treat eczema and control skin oil.

Green tea contains large amounts of antioxidants, amino acids, and enzymes. It also contains a family of vitamin B, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, and caffeine. The most important benefit of green teas is that it can lighten your skin incredibly, reduce the dark spots around your eyes, reduce puffiness, and lighten dark skin spots. Add one spoon of chickpea flour, one-fourth of teaspoon turmeric, and finally one spoon of our green tea, which we have brewed previously. Now mix the material.

If the mixture is too pasty, you can add some more green tea. Now apply the facemask to your skin. After covering the whole face with the material, let it remain on your face for fifteen minutes and then wash your face. I recommend using this facemask once or twice a week if you have mixed skin or acne on your face because as I said, turmeric can sterilize and control skin oiliness. I hope you use and enjoy the benefits of this facemask. Until next time, goodbye.
